Cat Frazier is an artist and designer based in Oakland, California. In 2012, she started sharing text gifs on her blog ANIMATEDTEXT. As the blog grew, she realized that AnimatedText was not only a space for gifs that lived online, but had become a place for people to share life mantras that gave them comfort and inspiration in real life. Ask Cat is designed to offer inspiring words through spinning text gifs.
